Khady Kebe

President & Founder — O&P Performance

With more than twenty years of international experience, Khady KEBE supports organizations in their transformation, performance improvement, and capacity-building initiatives. Her career, built within international groups and organizations in the industrial and pharmaceutical sectors, has also led her to collaborate with international organizations and technical and financial partners on transformation and development programs. She combines strategic vision, expertise in procurement and the supply chain, leadership in transformation programs and ERP projects, and operational excellence with the ability to work effectively in corporate settings as well as in institutional and international development environments. Through O&P Performance, she puts this experience and expertise to work for organizations seeking to drive ambitious, pragmatic, and sustainable transformations.
